ONLY REPRESENTATIVE
SERVICEEuDiCo offers a tailor made "Only Representative Service" to ensure your access to the EU-market according to your business strategy. Non EU enterprises require a so called "Only Representative" or a legal entity in the EU who is allowed to (pre-) register substances under REACH. As "Only Representative" (OR) EuDiCo fulfils all obligations of an importer under the REACH regulation.
Only Representative modules:
Pre-Registration
- Submission of pre-registration data to the agency
- Participation in the formation of the "Substance Information Exchange Forum" (SIEF) including substance identification
- Responding to data requests from participants of the SIEF
Registration of substances, substances in preparations and substances in articles (intended release)

- Participation and communication in the consortia, if necessary and consortia monitoring

After Registration:
Keeping available and up to date the information
- about the quantities imported into the EU
- about the EU-customers the substance is sold to
- and information about the latest update of the safety data sheet.

If you want to relieve your staff and do not want the other SIEF-members to know that you are a member as well, then you can assign a 3rd Party Representative. When assigning a 3rd Party Representative you as manufacturer, importer or downstream user retain the full responsibility for complying with your obligations under the REACH regulation. As 3rd Party Representative EuDiCo can keep your identity confidential. We can represent you in the SIEF and assist your staff with additional services like:
